The client workspace is invitation-only and limits records to the client organisation associated with your account. You can help protect that access with a few straightforward habits. Protect sign-in Use only your own invited email address. Never forward a single-use security code or approve a sign-in you did not start. Voodoo AI will not ask you to disclose a code. Share the minimum needed Before adding a file, screenshot or support message, remove personal, financial or confidential information that is not required for the task. Use representative test data where possible. Report suspicious activity If you receive an unexpected sign-in message, believe the wrong person has access or notice unfamiliar activity, email support@voodooai.co.uk immediately. Include your organisation name and a safe description of what you observed. Access changes Tell the Voodoo AI team when a colleague joins, changes role or no longer needs access. Access should belong to named individuals rather than shared mailboxes wherever practical. For information about personal data and your rights, read the Voodoo AI privacy notice.
