Milestones divide a project into meaningful outcomes. They make progress visible and create clear points for review before the team moves into dependent work. Review the milestone Open the project in your client workspace and select the milestone awaiting review. Read the acceptance notes, follow any preview link and check the work against the agreed outcome. Give useful feedback Keep comments specific and tie them to the user or business need. Explain what is unclear or not working, where it occurs and what outcome you need. Consolidated feedback from the agreed decision-makers prevents conflicting instructions. Approve or request a change Approve when the milestone meets the agreed acceptance criteria. Request a change when something required is missing or incorrect, and describe the change in the review. New ideas outside the agreed outcome may need separate scoping. Keep decisions in the workspace Record approvals and change requests beside the milestone rather than only in email or meetings. This gives both teams an auditable decision history and makes the next action clear.
