Email-code sign-in gives you secure access without a stored password. Each code works once and expires shortly after it is requested. Request a code Open the client login page, enter the email address that received your invitation and select Email me a secure code. Keep the login page open while you check your inbox. Enter the newest code Type the six digits from the most recent Voodoo AI email. If you request another code, use the new one; an earlier code may no longer work. If the message does not arrive - Check that the email address matches your invitation. - Look in junk, spam and filtered mail folders. - Allow a minute before requesting another code. - Ask your mail administrator whether automated messages are being quarantined. If you still cannot sign in, contact support@voodooai.co.uk from your invited email address and include your organisation name. The team will verify access without asking you to share a security code.
