Priority should describe business impact, not how frustrating an issue feels. Choosing it accurately helps the team work on the right problem first. Urgent Use urgent for a live service that is unavailable, a credible security incident, a risk of data loss or an issue stopping critical business activity for most users. High Use high when important work is blocked for several people but the service is still partly usable or a safe workaround exists. Medium Use medium for a normal fault affecting a limited workflow, an integration question or an issue with a reasonable workaround. Low Use low for general questions, cosmetic problems, documentation requests and ideas for future improvement. The Voodoo AI team may adjust the priority after reviewing the impact. Response and resolution targets are governed by your support agreement; a priority level is not itself a guaranteed resolution time.
